Real estate valuation

The aim of the valuation is to determine a fair market value or market value.
In other cases, a loan to value ratio can be calculated.

This means of standardized procedures, a possible objective result can be achieved. The fair value (including market value) of real estate in Germany is defined in § 194 Building Code (Building Code) in conjunction with other standards. The subjective and special effects should be largely eliminated. The result is not mathematically exact size, so that different experts usually come to different conclusions.
